Today we are going on an adventure in the sea, with all my friends.

First we are going to be seaweed.

Get down and be seaweed, flowing with the current and all the colours

Reds, purples, pinks, blues and greens, sometimes even yellow.

Now we are going to be sea creatures curled up in their shells.

And now we are going to be starfish.

Big starfish.

And then sea creatures back snuggled up in their shells.

Now we are going to be waves, big waves.

Now we are going to be big fish

Swimming in the ocean

Now we are going to be little fish, little schools of fish swimming around.

And then big fish again, big fish

Then little fish again, little again.

And sometimes if you find a shell on the beach and if you listen to it carefully - you can hear the ocean.

Now with our hands we are going to do a movement

We are going to make a shell of our own.

Put your right hand in your left

Your thumb in the middle of your palm

curl your fingers over

Touch your middle finger with your thumb

Now you will always have a shell of your own

Which you can keep safe in the treasure chest of your heart.
